Out of Africa

My parents came in town a couple of weeks ago and we went on a day trip to Out of Africa. It was a lot of fun but a little warm. But what's new?. The girls got to feed tigers and pet snakes. We watched a hyena show which was really interesting and we went on a safari where you could feed a camel and a giraffe from your hand or out of your mouth. Eewwww.

Happy Birthday Livy

I posted about Livy's bday in an earlier post but here are the pictures - finally. We got a Cold Stone Cake and some Cold Stone cupcakes which were all a big hit. :) I can't believe she is 9 and in the 4th grade. I remember the 4th grade. Oh I am so old....

Gavin and Savvy were just chilling on the couch. Below are pictures of London and Ava dressing up with Ava's wigs and costumes that she has. London is really into having Rapunzel hair so she LOVES these wigs that help her to have long hair :).

Ryan and Jamie have a fire pit in their backyard and Savvy decided to eat some of the sand out of it. I guess she didn't get enough at the beach she wanted some more. She is crazy!

Splash Parks and Pools

We went up to a splash park by Fountain Hills this last weekend and while we were there we went and fed the ducks too. It is still over a hundred here and I don't want to be in a bathing suit anymore!!!

This lovely picture is from when we went to a splash park in Tempe by Ryan's work. Eric thought it would be funny and hold me under the bucket. It totally soaked me and of course I had my shorts on and shirt in my hand so all of my clothes were soaking wet too. After we went to Chick Fil A for dinner and we looked ridiculous. I was in my bathing suit and a towel seeing as my clothes were all soaking wet and Eric had no shoes on (I forgot to bring flip flops for him since he came straight from work and changed into his swim suit). The whole splash park and fast food without clothes and shoes was a total white trash moment. It was hilarious.

These next pictures are from an evening at the pool. Gavin and Savvy were being so cute :).
