Savvy's Blessing

We blessed Savannah at my parents home while we were in Utah. It was nice because most of the my family was in town (just Braden and Rachel missed it - they were on their honymoon). We did it in the home and it was really neat. Eric did a great job and Savannah was very good - she even let us get some good pictures of her!

Isn't London so cute? I put this picture here to show you what Savvy will look like in a couple of years :). She looks so much like London. This picture of Savvy looks exactly like the picture of London that I used for London's birth announcement. So cute!!! Here are some more pics of Savvy - the ones with her eyes open are the most recent. We love our silly Savvy - as London likes to call her.

Classic Image Dance Recital 2009 - If The Shoe Fits

This weekend was Olivia's dance recital. She was fabulous of course and the whole recital was awesome! The theme was "If The Shoe Fits" and the ballet portion of it was the Cinderella story. For her ballet dance Livy was a mouse that helps Cinderella get ready - it was SO cute! The other dances Livy was in were - a hip hop number called "Battle" , a mini company number called "Cha-Cha", a Jazz number called "Rockstar", a production (all the companies together) number called "Superheroes", another mini company number called "It's My Party" and then the Finale number that everyone is in. I think my favorite numbers to watch were "Cha-Cha" and "Rockstar". I just love to watch Livy dance - she makes the best faces :). London likes to watch Livy dance too - she came to the recital and watched almost the whole thing! London is so excited to take dance this fall and be just like Livy! Eric also danced in the recital - he was in the dads dance and was very good. London told him afterwards that his dance was silly :). He is a pretty good dancer - very entertaining at least. We are ALL excited for a break from dance this summer but we are also looking forward to another fabulous year of dance starting this fall. Good job on a great year Olivia - we love you!

9 Lovely Years

Yesterday was our 9 year wedding anniversary. I can't believe we've been married that long but it has definately been the best 9 years of my life - that sounds cheesy but I am serious. I just have to say how much I love Eric. I am so lucky to have fooled him into marrying me. He is my best friend, an AMAZING dad and is always doing everything he can for me and our family. So, my parents have been in town to see Savannah so they watched the girls while we went on a little afternoon date. We got some lunch and then went and saw Angels & Demons. It is a really, really good movie - a must see. It was really nice to just be the two of us - it's been a while and it will probably be a long while before it happens again. It was a low key and very good anniversary. I love you Eric.

On another note, Olivia is out of school, London is crazy and has decided to punish me for having a baby by peeing on the carpet every now and then (she knows exactly what she is doing), Savannah is just figuring things out and needs a lot of attention, and my mom left to get back home to help Rachel with her wedding. Let's just say, I am feeling a pinch overwhelmed. So many changes, good ones, but a little too much going on. I do love my girls though - crazy and all.
